I'm trying to make good dinner by myself. I have started living alone for more than one year, but I'm not used to cook beacause I always eat bread or just rice when I am in Japan.  I don't know how to make Japanese foods here.  Fortunatlly, I love bread,so I haven't missed Japanese food yet. The phto is the rice that I made for the first time in America. I cooked meat but it looked it wasn't heated, so I put it into the microwave. The heat was too strong and the meat became too tough. But I liked it because it tastes like beef jerky.
